About this exercise

A dynamic standing exercise where you swing your arms and rotate your trunk from side to side in a fluid, rhythmic motion. It warms up the thoracic spine, activates the obliques, and improves rotational mobility through a comfortable range of motion.

How to Perform

  • Stand with feet shoulder-width apart and knees slightly bent
  • Let your arms hang loosely at your sides
  • Swing both arms to the right while rotating your torso to the right
  • Shift the swing and rotation to the left in a continuous fluid motion
  • Allow your hips to rotate naturally with the movement
  • Keep your core lightly engaged and your neck relaxed
  • Maintain a steady rhythm, gradually increasing the range of motion with each repetition
