The Squat Tuck Jump is a high-intensity plyometric exercise that combines a squat with an explosive jump, pulling the knees toward the chest at the peak of the movement. It builds explosive leg power and provides a significant cardiovascular challenge.

How to Perform

  • Stand with feet shoulder-width apart
  • Lower into a squat by bending your knees and pushing your hips back
  • Explode upward with maximum force
  • At the peak of the jump, quickly pull your knees toward your chest
  • Release your legs to prepare for landing
  • Land softly with bent knees, absorbing the impact through your legs
  • Immediately sink into the next squat and repeat
