How to Perform

  • Stand upright with feet shoulder-width apart
  • Place your hands on your lower back for light support
  • Slowly arch backward, extending through the lumbar spine
  • Keep the movement controlled and avoid jerking
  • Hold the end position for the prescribed duration
  • Slowly return to the starting upright position
