How to Perform

  • Start with a few minutes of brisk walking or light jogging to warm up
  • Gradually increase your pace to a comfortable running speed
  • Keep your posture upright with a slight forward lean
  • Maintain a relaxed, natural arm swing and steady breathing
  • Land softly and keep your stride smooth and even
  • Slow to a walk at the end to cool down

The Running is a foundational movement that builds strength and muscle through controlled, progressive overload. Train it 1 to 2 times per week with 3 to 5 working sets per session, gradually adding weight or reps as form holds up.
