A challenging bodyweight hamstring exercise performed with the heels placed in gymnastic rings. You lie on your back, lift your hips, and curl your legs toward your body, creating intense hamstring activation through a full range of motion with no external load.

How to Perform

  • Set the gymnastic rings at ankle height above the floor
  • Lie on your back and place your heels inside the rings
  • Lift your hips off the floor so your body forms a straight line from shoulders to heels
  • Brace your core and squeeze your glutes to maintain hip elevation throughout
  • Curl your heels toward your glutes by bending your knees, keeping your hips raised
  • Slowly extend your legs back to the starting position under control
  • Repeat for the desired number of repetitions
