About this exercise

A gentle mobility drill that takes the neck through a full circular range of motion to release tension and improve flexibility in all directions. Move slowly and carefully to avoid strain.

How to Perform

  • Stand or sit tall with your shoulders relaxed and back straight
  • Slowly drop your chin toward your chest
  • Begin to roll your head in a smooth circle — to the right, back, to the left, and back to the front
  • Complete the full circle at a slow, controlled pace
  • Reverse direction and circle to the opposite side
  • Perform the desired number of circles in each direction
