A machine-based rotational exercise that isolates the obliques and core through guided trunk rotation. The lever machine provides controlled resistance throughout the full range of motion, making it suitable for building rotational core strength safely.

How to Perform

  • Sit on the trunk rotation machine and adjust the seat height so the rotation axis aligns with your spine
  • Cross your arms over the padded lever or grip the handles firmly at chest height
  • Brace your core and rotate your torso to one side against the machine resistance
  • Move through the full range of motion in a controlled manner
  • Return to the center position with control
  • Rotate to the opposite side to complete one full repetition
  • Alternate sides for the desired number of reps
