How to Perform

  • Adjust the machine's resistance and step-depth settings to your fitness level
  • Step onto the footplates and grip the lever handles firmly
  • Begin stepping in a controlled, alternating motion while pushing and pulling the handles in coordination
  • Maintain an upright posture with your core engaged throughout the session
  • Keep a steady, sustainable pace for the desired duration without locking out the knees
  • Gradually reduce your pace to cool down before stepping off the machine
