A plate-loaded lever machine exercise that replicates a seated low row, targeting the latissimus dorsi and mid-back muscles. The leverage system provides a smooth pulling arc and allows for heavy loading with stable lower-back support.

How to Perform

  • Load the machine with the appropriate weight plates
  • Sit on the seat, place your feet on the footrests, and grasp the handles with an overhand or neutral grip
  • Sit tall with your chest up and a slight arch in your lower back
  • Pull the handles toward your lower abdomen, driving your elbows back and squeezing your shoulder blades together
  • Pause briefly at peak contraction, then slowly extend your arms back to the starting position
  • Repeat for the desired number of repetitions
