About this exercise

A plate-loaded lever machine exercise that mimics an incline dumbbell fly, targeting the upper chest through a wide arc of motion. The fixed lever path provides stability while enabling a full pectoral stretch and peak contraction.

How to Perform

  • Adjust the machine seat so the handles align with your upper chest
  • Load the appropriate weight plates onto the lever arms
  • Sit back against the pad and grasp the handles with a wide grip, allowing your arms to open slightly
  • With a slight bend in your elbows, bring the handles together in a wide arc and squeeze your upper chest at the top
  • Slowly return the handles to the starting position, feeling a full stretch across your upper pecs
  • Repeat for the desired number of repetitions
