How to Perform

  • Sit on the leg press machine with your back and head supported.
  • Place your feet shoulder-width apart on the platform.
  • Press the platform away by extending your legs.
  • Extend fully, but avoid locking your knees.
  • Slowly bend your knees to return to the starting position.
