A gentle lateral neck stretch performed in a kneeling position that targets the neck muscles and upper trapezius. The kneeling posture promotes an upright spine and helps isolate the stretch to the cervical region without compensating through the lower back.

How to Perform

  • Kneel on the floor with hips over knees and spine tall
  • Rest your hands lightly on your thighs or clasp them behind your back
  • Slowly tilt your head to one side, bringing your ear toward your shoulder
  • Hold for the desired duration, breathing steadily to deepen the stretch
  • Slowly return your head to center
  • Repeat on the opposite side
