How to Perform

  • Stand with feet shoulder-width apart
  • Squat down and place both hands on the floor in front of your feet
  • Jump your feet back simultaneously to land in a high plank position
  • Hold the plank position briefly with a braced core and straight body
  • Jump your feet forward toward your hands, returning to the squat position
  • Stand up and, optionally, add a jump at the top before repeating
  • Move continuously at a controlled pace for the desired number of repetitions
