About this exercise

A simple forearm and hand stretch that targets the finger flexor muscles by extending the fingers and wrist backward. It helps reduce tension built up from repetitive gripping, typing, or climbing and supports overall forearm health.

How to Perform

  • Extend one arm in front of you with the elbow straight and palm facing forward, fingers pointing up
  • Use the opposite hand to gently bend the fingers and wrist back toward you
  • Hold the stretch, feeling the tension through the palm and inner forearm
  • Release slowly, then switch hands and repeat
