EasyInner forearm

About this exercise

A bodyweight forearm and grip exercise where you repeatedly clap just your fingertips together to strengthen the intrinsic hand muscles, finger flexors, and forearms. The controlled separation and clapping motion challenges the fingers through their full range of motion.

How to Perform

  • Stand or sit comfortably with arms extended in front of you at chest height
  • Spread your fingers wide apart as fully as possible
  • Bring both hands together, making contact only with the fingertips
  • Immediately spread your fingers back out fully before the next clap
  • Maintain a controlled, deliberate pace rather than clapping as fast as possible
  • Keep your wrists neutral and forearms relaxed between claps

Muscle Activation

Inner forearm
Secondary
