The Celebratory Hip Thrust is a dynamic, expressive bodyweight movement that drives the hips forward in a powerful and rhythmic fashion. It activates the glutes and core while adding an energetic element to conditioning circuits or warm-up routines.

How to Perform

  • Stand with feet shoulder-width apart and knees slightly bent
  • Hinge slightly at the hips, pushing them back to load the glutes
  • Drive your hips forward explosively, extending fully at the hip joint
  • Squeeze your glutes hard at the forward position of each thrust
  • Let your arms swing naturally to complement the hip movement
  • Return your hips to the neutral starting position with control
  • Repeat for the desired number of reps at a steady, rhythmic pace
