About this exercise

A dynamic plyometric drill combining rhythmic bouncing with large circular arm movements, training full-body coordination, cardiovascular endurance, and shoulder mobility. Often used as an energetic warm-up or conditioning finisher.

How to Perform

  • Stand with feet shoulder-width apart in a slight athletic stance with soft knees
  • Begin bouncing lightly on the balls of your feet to establish a rhythm
  • Simultaneously sweep both arms in large, smooth circles — tracing a wide circle in the air
  • Coordinate the arm circles with your bouncing rhythm, alternating direction each set or on cue
  • Keep your core braced and maintain an upright torso throughout
  • Continue for the prescribed duration, maintaining steady bouncing and smooth circles
