The bicycle recline walk is a supine cardio exercise in which you lie back and perform a slow, controlled cycling motion with your legs, mimicking a walking pace on a bicycle. It elevates the heart rate while engaging the core and lower body with minimal joint impact.

How to Perform

  • Lie on your back with hands placed lightly behind your head or at your sides for support
  • Lift both legs off the floor and bend the knees to approximately 90 degrees
  • Slowly pedal your legs in a smooth, alternating circular motion as if cycling at a walking pace
  • Keep the lower back gently pressed toward the floor throughout the movement
  • Breathe steadily and maintain a controlled rhythm without rushing
  • Continue for the desired duration
