About this exercise

An extreme plyometric push-up variation where you explosively push off the ground with enough force to lift both hands and feet simultaneously, then touch your hands to your feet in mid-air before landing. It demands exceptional upper-body power, coordination, and core strength.

How to Perform

  • Begin in a standard push-up position with hands shoulder-width apart and body in a straight line
  • Lower your chest toward the floor in a controlled manner
  • Explosively push up with maximum force, extending your arms fully and propelling your body off the ground
  • As you become airborne, simultaneously lift your legs and reach your hands toward your feet
  • Touch your hands to your feet (or as close as possible) at the peak of the movement
  • Return your hands and feet to the starting position and absorb the landing with soft elbows
  • Reset into the push-up position and repeat for the desired number of reps
