About this exercise

A floor stretch targeting the inner thigh adductor muscles. Spreading the legs wide and hinging forward from the hips creates a lengthening tension along the inner thigh, improving hip mobility and flexibility.

How to Perform

  • Sit on the floor and spread your legs as wide as comfortably possible
  • Sit tall and hinge forward from the hips, keeping your back straight
  • Reach your hands toward the floor between your legs
  • Hold the stretch for 20–30 seconds, feeling the tension along your inner thighs
  • Slowly return to the starting position and repeat
